If you have any questions or comments about this Privacy Policy, the ways in which we collect and use your data or your choices and rights regarding such collection and use, please do not hesitate to contact us at privacy@newt.foundation.
Scope of this Privacy Policy
The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us, our Services, and the requirements of applicable law. - Third-Party services and integrations, including external providers used to support our Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or blockchain applications that we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third parties before interacting with them.

This may include:

Information Collected Automatically
We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies (“Technologies”) to automatically collect information through your use of our Services.
We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Services, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, location information (including approximate location derived from IP address), and Internet service provider. We may also automatically collect information regarding your use of our Services, such as pages that you visit before, during and after using our Services, items that you search for via the Services, information about the links you click, the types of content you interact with, the frequency and duration of your activities, and other information about how you use our Services.

Since the Protocol operates using a decentralized blockchain, transactions you perform using our Services are recorded on a public ledger and may include:
- Wallet addresses (sender and recipient).
- Transaction details (amounts, timestamps, smart contract interactions).
- On-Chain Activity (e.g., staking, governance participation, DeFi interactions).
Because blockchain transactions are immutable and public, we cannot delete or alter such records.

For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, we may collect personal information about you from that third-party application that you have made available via your privacy settings.
